Terms, Conditions, and Declarations

1. Rental Agreement

The User agrees that the vehicle is provided by Tejonix for personal use only. Use for commercial transport, racing, or illegal activities is prohibited. The User agrees to abide by all Indian traffic laws and is solely responsible for any violations, fines, or damages incurred during the rental period.

2. Liability Waiver & Damage Policy

The User acknowledges full financial responsibility for any damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle, its parts, or keys during the rental period. Tejonix shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss of life, or property damage sustained while the vehicle is in the User's possession.

3. Security Deposit

A mandatory security deposit may be collected before vehicle handover. This deposit is refundable within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition, minus any deductions for late fees, damages, or traffic fines.

4. Insurance Declaration

The User confirms they understand that high-speed vehicles carry mandatory insurance coverage. However, the User acknowledges that insurance has specific limitations, and the User is liable for any repair costs or losses that fall outside the insurance coverage or are rejected by the insurer.

5. Geographical Restrictions

The User specifically agrees NOT to travel with the vehicle outside the state of Karnataka. Any violation of this boundary restriction will result in immediate termination of the agreement and legal penalties.

6. Privacy Policy & KYC

The User provides explicit consent to YLP Innovations LLP (Tejonix) to collect, store, and verify personal information and KYC documents (Driving License, Aadhaar, etc.) for safety, verification, and legal compliance purposes.
